In spite of my best intentions, it's now obvious I won't get to bba #3 (bagels) this week. On the bright side, that means I get to bake bagels and brioche next week!
H's school is open today (given a choice of them or us, she chose them), so M and I have a rare day to ourselves and just got back from a nice morning hike with the dog. Great start to summer.
I made a cloak for Hyla today! I completely "winged" it, and it turned out okay. In related news, Hyla just learned how to sew on the machine!
