- The farm down the road has a field full of very active, very cute piglets. Have I remembered to take my camera with me even once this week?
- This bug in the Help system I’m working on right now is really annoying me. I don’t know how to fix it.
- Sometimes blogging every day feels like a chore. But, even on the days when I don’t have anything to say, I’m always happy that I said something.
- Michael and I are mulling over starting a new writing project together. I hope it happens. If it does, you’ll read about it here.
- All things considered, I’d rather be making cheese right now. But as my sister reminded me this week, be careful what you wish for.
- Yesterday, I heard a strange noise on the basement stairs, and, when I went to look, I found Oyster-the-Magpie cat with a Dum Dum lollipop on the step in front of him, halfway down the stairs. Hudson-the-Dum-Dum cat was at the top of the stairs, watching. Apparently, they’d snatched the lollipop from the kitchen counter and were taking it down to the basement to… what? Interrogate it?
- I’m halfway through writing a long post about getting halfway through the Bread Baker’s Apprentice Challenge. And I’ve baked another bread since I started the post. I will never catch up.
