Yesterday, I heard a strange noise on the basement stairs, and, when I went to look, I found Oyster-the-Magpie cat with a Dum Dum lollipop on the step in front of him, halfway down the stairs. Hudson-the-Dum-Dum cat was at the top of the stairs, watching. Apparently, they’d snatched the lollipop from the kitchen counter and were taking it down to the basement to… what? Interrogate it?
I’m halfway through writing a long post about getting halfway through the Bread Baker’s Apprentice Challenge. And I’ve baked another bread since I started the post. I will never catch up.
